Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila
Ordained a priest in 1976 in Denver serving in parish ministry for 11 years. First Rector of St. John Vianney Theological Seminary and CEO of Our Lady of the New Advent Theological Institute. Named the Archbishop of Denver in May, 2012.

Bishop for the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska. Has served as a pastor, college campus chaplain, and director of Respect Life ministries, theology instructor and a Vatican official.

She has served as board member for a number of Catholic organizations where she has been involved in areas related to strategic planning, program development, and initiating new fundraising projects. She is currently on the National Advisory Board for the Catholic Leadership Institute, and the Priority Planning Team for the Church of St. Mary. She’s the mother of four children.
