Located 30 minutes north of St. Louis along the Missouri River, the Augustine Institute campus offers a peaceful location for theological study accompanied by a rich life of prayer and contemplation.
On-campus students study full-time for two years, in which they are formed by our distinguished faculty, the Church’s theological tradition, and the Divine Teacher himself.
“The divine Child has become a teacher and has told us what to do…
we must be in daily contact with God, listening to the words He has spoken
and which have been transmitted to us, and obeying them.”
St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein)
“On the horizon of this city stands the Gateway Arch, which often catches the sunlight in its different colors and hues.
In a similar way, in a thousand different ways, you must reflect the light of Christ through your lives of prayer and joyful service of others. With the help of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, the young people of America will do this magnificently!”
Pope St. John Paul II
